Drugstores were housed in the corner building from 1857 until 1996, when Brown's Pharmacy closed.   Oct 2010

Century 21 now occupies the building at the southwest corner of Broadway and Main St.   Nov 2007.

The mortar-and-pestle finial is still on the top of the Gothic-revival tower - it refers to the building's original function as a pharmacy.
